I work with a friend on a videoproject. Now, I have edited the project in FCPX with FCPX and I need to forward this project so that my colleague can make small adjustments and changes. How can I convert my FCP project to an Adobe Premiere Pro file? But it has to be with everything. His Job is to correct the subtitles.
So if there is a Option, which only leaves the subtitles editable.

Hi Master.Spam, if he has to fix only the subtitles just export the caption file and video.
For the timeline you can look at this > helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/how-to/migr...m-final-cut-pro.html or this for other application > www.premiumbeat.com/blog/how-to-migrate-...diting-applications/

Thanks for your quick response!
But How can he change the subtitles? So if he edits the caption file, the subtitle also automatically changes?

hmm, now im not sure what you are saying. The basic is making caption in fcp (under 'edit' menu) export the captions file ex. srt, give the Translator or whoever the .srt. She/he can edit it with another application or even with textedit. she/he then give you the file back for YouTube, your favourite player or to embed in your video.

Just export your project with a side car file - cea, itt, srt.
In PPro import the movie + the side car file, create a new sequence and add those. Then make the changes for the subtitles and export those once finished.
The resulting caption file then can be imported back again into FCP.
