Any way or script to auto-cut between silences and breaths?

Hi there everyone!
I have a Youtube Channel based on motorcycles, and I use with great pleasure Final Cut Pro X for my videos and I was wondering: is there any way, any plugin, free or paid, that could potentially in my clips "auto-detect" moments where I stop talking, or when I breath, and to cut those luls automatically so as to have a clean clip right from the go? Would really save lots of time during editing!
Thanks a lot for your help !

Most any audio editing program can be set up to lessen/lower/remove audio below a certain threshold (noise gate) or remove silence entirely lasting longer than X# milliseconds (truncate). I suggest using the 'range' tool to grab those areas and pull the levels lower but not necessarily to zero.
There's always ambient 'noise' to any audio and absolute silencing will lead to noticeable 'breathing' where... now you notice it and now you notice it's gone. If I were to strip out a consistent hiss coming from an AC vent (in this case it was lip smack, grunt, moan noises from narration audio) I'd add back another innocuous sound that after a while you get accustomed to and no longer notice, to wit, the running projector insert present when watching a home movie in the 40s.

Hi there VTC!! Thanks a lot for you answer !
I think I must have expressed badly what I am searching for: I don't want to remove the noise from the parts where I breath, but to completely cut the whole moment, both video and audio, so as to create a dynamic jump between one sentence to another, and to "clean" my video from all of the silences and breaths. But that of course, includes video as well, and looking into a method that could "auto detect" those moments and cut them.
Sorry if I wasn't clear, and thanks again for all the help !
