mFlare 2 for M1 update?

Does anyone know wether the mFlare 2 plugin by MotionVFX will be ported natively to the M1 after all? Plenty of time has passed since the new hardware came out most of their other plugins have been updated. Looks like they might have just quietly abandoned that one, which would be a shame since it's a great tool to have.

I believe the folks at MotionVFX are working on a completely updated version of the plug in. I doubt mFlare 2 will be ever be available for M1s. My guess is we'll see an mFlare 3 that's built for M1, with upgrade pricing for mFlare 2 users.

They seem to be saying a lot about future updates and projects on their Twitter account.

They seem to promise mFlare 2 under m 1 in the spring, and closer to the summer MO3 with additional payment for previously purchased MO2

I'm happy to report that I was wrong: mFlare2 just got an update. Excited to be able to use customized flares again. Great job and congrats to the developer team.

Note to existing users: Upgrading is a tad non-intuitive, but easy.
- open mInstaller
- go into your Settings
- click the Check button next to "Check for Updates"
- confirm the upgrade to mFlare 2 V3
- voila!
