I have issues with the latest lock and load becoming randomly unresponsive on MacOS 12.1. It's the M1 compatible version. Making the software pretty unusable at the moment. I have tried the support button on the website, for the past week, but it tells me there is a problem when I try to submit. Any ideas?

Did you download their new software manager?
coremelt.com/pages/downloads

Support email is support@coremelt.com and I can confirm their tech support system online does not work in Safari. I've reported it to them.

Thanks for that. Yes I have their brand new software manager and it's reporting the app up to date. I use chrome, but it's still not working. Thanks for the email address.
