I have a Multicam with a cam A & B. There is separate audio for each cam & it is synced. When cutting to the different angles on the timeline it will automatically jump to the camera audio of the angle I am cutting to. This means that each time I cut to a camera angle I need to disable the camera audio and then click on the external camera audio. This is extremely time-consuming. Is there a way where I can just leave the external audio on permanently and disable the camera audio so that when I cut to any angle it will always leave the external audio on and camera audio off?

Yes, very easily. Before you start cutting, set up the Cut icons top left. You select what will or won't be cut.
I highly recommend you read the user manual section on multi-cams, will save you lots of time in the long run.
