Some that attempts to add frames between two cuts?

I can't find this... but in the Ripple training, there's a transition or something that tries to heal the spot between two clips. I had to cut out a small piece of video in a larger clip and there's a jump cut. It's not a big deal, but the Ripple training went into something that can try to heal this...?

Maybe it's Flow?

Flow is the transition. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Really depends on the content.

It worked well enough. I had to play around with the length and where I split the clip. I imagine it's noticeable, but it's not jarring. It's not a jump cut which would have been bad in this situation, not like the fancy influencer videos where such things are planned!
