With an "analyzed and fixed" Audio Enhancements>Noise Removal enabled clip, WHY does the noise removal go away every time you stop playing the timeline... and only comes back on after you start playing for 1-3 seconds? This happens no matter where you play it. Thanks.

No clue... sounds like a playback issue. Turn off background rendering, delete all render files.
