Freely moving the viewer in FCPX?

In FCPX is there any way to freely move the viewer? I have a 3 monitor setup, and its seems like the viewer window doesnt want to actually go to my 3rd monitor in the chain. Sometimes I can get it done by selected 'viewer in secondary monitor' which puts it on my middle monitor (which is the main monitor and actual laptop). then I switch the this with the main window on the other monitor which pushes the viewer to the last monitor. Even when everything is correct, the viewer is then locked in to whatever monitor its on and I cant lower just the viewer screen (minimize) or move it around the window at all. Is there any way to have more control over the viewer as its own window?
