Green glitches on renders

Hi guys,
recently I've started having these in my renders. 1, 2, several frames either all green or just part of the screen. Looks exactly like an overclocked video card in games. Goes away if I have fans on 100% to cool down before the render.
Did anyone else experience it?

I'm on MBP 16" 2019 with 64GB ram and 5500M 8 GB.
macOS 11.6.1 FCP 10.6

Do the green-glitches appear in the same spot, every time, or in random places?
I had something similar happen - I always saw the glitches in the same spot of the video. I turns out the SD card in my camera was going bad and those spots on the video were damaged.. Put in a new card and the problem went away..

Thanks for suggestion, but no. It's a project on internal SSD. I was using these files for a year and the glitches seem come and go depending on the laptop temp.

I'm no expert, but that sounds like a hardware issue to me.
