On my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) with Intel i9, i am unable to export GoPro Hero10 footage 5312 x 2988 pixel in the HEVC format. It works with H.264, but the HEVC codec i get the error message: The Frame size setting in the output exceeds the allowable dimensions of the HEVC codec.
On the other hand, the same file, with the same settings works fine on my cheap M1 iMac.
Any ideas what the problem is? Is it the hardware?
