FCPX Title Parameters not showing was created by truelife2

I've been working in a 10.5.4 project and nothing has changed in the past 48 hours since I last worked on the project. All of a sudden any title I select won't allow me to adjust parameters including size, font, placement, etc. Has anyone experienced this? I've restarted, trashed preferences etc.
