Caption Export Error

Just saw by chance on the Apple FCP forum that there is a bug when exporting SRT caption – formatting can't be turned off.
Here a little "how to get rid of formatting".
The Terminal script below:

sed -i '' -e 's/<font color=\"#[0-9,A-F,a-f][0-9,A-F,a-f][0-9,A-F,a-f][0-9,A-F,a-f][0-9,A-F,a-f][0-9,A-F,a-f]\">//g' \

-e 's/<\/font>//g' \

-e 's/<[biu]>//g' \

-e 's/<\/[biu]>//g'

Paste into a Terminal.app window


In Finder select the caption file and drag into the Terminal window


Hit return. The caption file will be converted and saved.
