Does anyone know how to stop the frame moving between two keyframes that are in the same position? Why does it not stay still?

Ease In/Out is enabled by default. Bottom left of the Viewer, enable the Transform overlay in the Viewer. For position keyframes you can right-click them and change from Smooth to Linear.

Thanks. Unfortunately, because there are so many keyframes I have no idea which are the two keyframes I'm looking for.
