Canon R5 8K Compressed Raw Video and FCP

On the Canon R5 - and while I wait for a fast CFExpress card - I can only record in 8K in Compressed format.
Even on a Mac M1 -These Compressed 8K Raws will not open in FCP but surprisingly they do open in Premiere Pro but they are totally unusable there as it is too slow.
Has anyone had any success with 8K Raw .CRM files in FCP?
If so, what brand and minimum write speed of CFExpress are you using?
It wont show any WB or ISO adjustments either.  But for that I think you need an ATOMOS Ninja V+
TIA,
John

I just installed Canon Raw Plugin 2.3 and now I can get to load 8K Compressed Raw.
Still no ISO nor WB info.
