I'm looking for a replacement for RX on my M1 running Big Sur to run natively. Any other recommended suites that do the same job and have the flexibility as the RX suite?

Look at the Accusonus ERA bundle. These are plug-ins without a standalone app like RX. Noise reduction isn't as sophisticated as RX, but it may be what you need. You can go direct or through FxFactory.
Oops. These are Intel only.
