Want to track an animal in video while zooming in on it; is there an easy way? was created by trinko

I have some video of various animals moving around. I want to zoom in on the animals but they move around in the full unzoomed frame so simply shifting the center of the zoomed region won't work.

Is there any way in FCP to have the center of the zoomed region fixed on the moving animal?

A plug in solution would be fine too.

Thanks!
