By "mxf raw" do you literally mean RAW video? I think Sony used to use a MXF wrapper for their proprietary RAW format. If it's actual RAW video, the camera manufacturer often makes a plugin, conversion utility or workflow package.
If you mean MXF camera files using an unstated codec, FCP can often import that directly. If the media is in a tree format and you want to import it with "leave files in place", it will need re-wrapping (not transcoding) externally before import. EditReady2 can do that.
