Transparent text with white background. was created by Muk16

Hello Guys. I know how to make a text look transparent, in front of black background. But I am unable to figure out a way to do the same where the background is white. Please guide.

I just tried this because I don't know myself.
So from top to bottom:
Top Track: Generate Solid White - Blend Mode: BEHIND
Middle Text Track: Blend Mode: STENCIL LUMA
Main Track of Video
