how to save name position notes

Hallo  everyone, I have done and finished my project. Delivered to costumer. Saved to external hard drive. Instead of having very large files to save, there is a possibility to save only the index files with relative name, position , notes, etc etc.?   thank you

You mean like Chapters? Maybe save the whole thing with Chapter markers? But yes, you can set a Range and export that with the metadata you want.
