Match Move behaviour from Motion in FCP?

Code:

Is there a way to use the Match Move behaviour that is available in Motion 5 directly in FCP?

Or is there a way to achieve what they do with Match Move in this video in FCP?

3rd party plug-in or otherwise?

If not, how do I easily get a clip from my timeline in FCP into Motion and back?

Cheers,
DZ

There are several third party plugins that do tracked, better than Motion's, inside FCPX. Coremelt's TrackX being one of the more popular.

I'm just allergic to the bad 90s interfaces of the COreMelt plug-ins... but maybe I'll take a(nother) look at that.
I just havent seen an example of how it would work like the example I posted... which is basically the only thing I need it for... I'm new to motion tracking things so can't really wrap my head around it unless I see an example where it's used in the scenario I need it for...

Ah, figured out how to do it in mTracker 3D!

Still, seems a bit more elegant in Motion.... hmm... much to learn in this area...

TrackX is way more simple (and faster) than mTracker3D.
