Tearing hair out with my download of mWatercolour not showing up in Generators etc.
Have .localized, uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired permissions.
It's all present in Motion Effects/Effects folder ??
Notice that the Motionvfx folder in applications only reads 1.2mb?
Can I copy something to the transitions/Effects folder in FCP?
Not sure if it SHOULD be there, but checked all folders from Show Package Contents and no mWatercolour anywhere in FCP.
Running 10.4 FCP on my MacBook Retina 10.13
Any ideas welcome.

Welcome to the forum!

mWatercolor is 717MB, so something must have gone wrong with the download of your plugin. Try downloading it again and use the mInstaller utility to install the plugin on your system:  www.motionvfx.com/page/minstaller.html

If you still have issues after that, contact their support team. They have great support!

Cheers Ronny.
I mentioned to their support that the file size was 419mb opposed to the 717mb you note. Ultimately it didn't seem to be an issue?
I've just copied/pasted in some script they have supplied to the Terminal file and sent it back for them to scrutinise ??!!
If it gets resolved I'll note it on this site for future ref.
Have to say, the support has been instant and VERY helpful.
I'll still try to reinstall as you mention. No harm in trying again.

Good to hear you have been in touch with their support. They are indeed very fast.

The terminal code will help them identify why you are having this issue. I'm sure they will find a solution. In the meantime, re-installing certainly cannot hurt. Try using their mInstaller utility, that may help.
