Hi, I have a large Project with more than 7TB of data. The storage is a NAS which is connected with TB to my Mac Pro 2013. I have worked with that configuration three years without any problems.
Butter week I want to share some projects and none of them was possible. Every file has a file size of “0”. The notification said only “share Ing has failed”. During the sharing there is no disk or cpu usage. Also the network traffic (Thunderbolt connection to the NAS) is near to 0. The connection to the NAS is over NFS.
I hope someone can help me.
best Thomas

Are you able to read or write anything to that thunderbolt drive?
Should I assume these are all totally self-contained FCP Libraries on the drive? Or do you have external media with them?

I'm working with the Library for years and at the moment everything is working fine, no problems or other issues. It is only the "Sharing" function which isn't working.
Yes, I can dive through all the folders and files without any problems. I can open every file, I can store data on it.
All the data is stored on that QNAP NAS, no data ist stored outside or on another device, storage.
I use only one library where all the clips, projects are in.

MacOS Mojave: 10.14.6
FCP X: 10.4.8
I didn`t have done an update of macOS or FCP X to reduce the risk of new, unknown bugs of the actual version of FCP X.
