Editing multiple keyframe tracks (at once) with just the keyboard?

Hi all.
I am editing multiple keyframe parameters (shape mask and transform) on a clip frame-by-frame. I was wondering if there is a way to do this just with the keyboard? I did find out how to toggle focus between the Inspector and the Timeline quickly, which helps a lot, but I'm wondering if there is an even more streamlined workflow for this.
Thanks in advance.
