When playback rendering issue

Hello everyone,
I started to work with FCP some days ago after I bought Macbook Air M1 8GB

I have one issue that annoys me:

When I hit playback the video is rolling and after It get's off the timeline I have on the screen the Thumbnail and waveform disappears.

Or

When I hit playback the video and it starts to play and I scroll forward or backward the thumbnail and waveform disappears.

I tried with the background rendering on and from playback, nothing changed.

The waveforms not redrawing during playback is normal behaviour. FCP reserves all CPU/GPU resources to best possible playback.
Only way is to zoom out in the timeline so the playhead doesn't go off screen.
