Is it possible for FCPX to make proxies of canon raw lite files? (C200) (R5 8k raw lite)

For the C200 and Canon RAW Lite ( .CRM ) it works great in FCP. You need to get a free plug in from the Canon C200 webpage and install it before FCP can playback .CRM files. Most of the time I haven't needed Proxies though ... I just cut natively ( 23.98 fps ). As soon as you color correct FCP makes ProRes 422 ( my choice ) then its not even RAW for playback.

For the R5 ss of now I've only seen UHD / 29.97 log H265. . It played very, very well in FCP Graded OK too. I requested some 8K RAW but the owner is waiting for a card to record. it. Specs say its recorded as RAW DCI ... not Canon RAW Lite so I'm not sure what to expect.
