I accidently moved an FCPX-Event out of the library package (stupid as I am). I moved it back into the folder but now it doesn't show up anymore when I open the library.
Any chance to make the event usable again?

You can try this - Make sure FCP is shut down....the try launching it while holding OPTION and COMMAND. Choose to delete preferences when asked. Once FCP opens, navigate to your library and open it - see if the event is now available.

In addition, with the application closed, you might try removing the CurrentVersion.flexolibrary file from the library bundle.
