Can I sync 2 (or more) clips with different FPS?
Most of my files are 25FPS. I want them to sync (Audio and video) with a file with 24FPS
Is that possible? Can FCPX handle that?

Try it and see. Make sure it's all 48kHz sample rate.

The reason i asked it is that it doesn't work. I have a project with several Music video clips with 25 FPS. Tried to add a clip with 24FPS and it is totally out of sync. Audio and video
I tried to change the FPS to 25 FPS but then it gets shorter. (I understand that!)
Is there a work around other than rerecord in the same FPS?

The only thing I think would work is to convert the 24 to 25 using compressor (or 25 to 24). Or (and I have not tried that) export the audio only from the 24 FPS clip and only sync the audio to the 25 fps clip. Syncing clips is more made to sync extra audio to a video clip. What you also could try is to make a Multicam clip. As Multicam clips are geared towards syncing several video (with or without audio) clips there is a good chance the 24 footage is interpreted correctly against the 25 master fps of the multicam.

You can convert it as he says or try opening a project in the original frame rate in the new project settings, sometimes the timeline is the issue.
You could also sync each segment in the correct frame rate or timeline till it matches, bounce it out as a file, then join the multiple bounced files together???

I assume also you have tried re timing the clip to fit the audio not the other way round right ....? Is it music or speech or?
