I am asking for opinions on the best way to do variations of a video. I am working on promotional videos on select photo collections for my business. One of them is church steeples and architecture. I have about 7 images or so per various denominations of churches and would like to put a specific denomination (as a group) at the head of the video when I send the video link from adobe portfolio to the various churches.
The obvious  idea is to present my photography skills, video clips, editing of images and though the FCP video my video editing and composing skills to a target market.
The images are exported as jpg from LR collections (they are a combination of image extensions some FCP does not use) into a folder and then imported into one FCP library.
My question is, should I create one main project  and additional projects or events with the various target denominations at the front of the video? Or is there a better way to accomplish this?
I have about 16 different LR collection categories and would be doing this type of thing for some of them as well.
Is there a way to group a selection of images like grouping layers in PS or  items in desktop publishing or illustration software?
Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Sorry about that. I have looked at so many YouTube videos my head is spinning.
I want to create a video with several variations. The video is entirely still images. Assume the video is automotive. I want a group of GM, Ford and Toyota images and a collection; group of constant automotive images. The first video has the GM group 1st followed by the constant images and then Ford and Toyota group of images at the end of the video. I do not want to send this video to a Ford or Toyota dealership. So I want to change the order of the group moving Ford first and GM 2nd and Toyota 3rd. The constant images stay in place.

Three videos from the same collection of images.

In the future I may want to replace or update some of the images in the various group.

So what would be the best way to structure this? Three libraries, three projects, three events. One library three of projects etc.

Hope this helps.

One library, one event with keyword collections for the different cars, and three projects, one for each manufacturer.

Thanks Tom,
That is what is exactly what I was seeking. I have not used Keywords in FCP. Should I also create a Keyword collection for the constant images?

Sure. Keyword collections are just data collections. You mark a clip or segment of a clip with a keyword, and it appears in the collection. Like a folder, only smarter. You don’t have to move the clip to the folder; the data tells it that it belongs there. The same clip or segment can appear simultaneously in different collections based on the keywords assigned to it.

I am assuming that FCP keywords only apply to a specific library vs LR's global availability?

Specific Keyword collections apply only to specific Events.

There would be nothing wrong with a different Event for each church, and an event for your constant media.  That's how I'd do it.  Avoid junking up one Event with so many Keyword collections it gets hard to navigate.

For example, I make a Library for one of the TV shows I produce, "TV Show Season 1". Then I make an Event for each episode, plus on Event for the graphics package and all reusable media (logos, etc).

I will also create one Project for Episode 1, place all my common elements in it (open, bumpers, promos, credits, etc) so it is only lacking episodic specific content. I then duplicate that, say I have 10 episodes, I make 10 copies. Name each for an episode, then drop them into the other events.

Now I'm set up to do my whole season quickly with very little repetitive work.

That may not be exactly what you're doing, but maybe it gives you some ideas.

Ben your comments are probably more in tune to what I want to accomplish. Your creating an episode project with common elements sans episodic content and duplicating x times that Is closer to what I believe is the best solution for me. Tom's keywords suggestion was also helpful.

Thanks for your help.
