Crossfade no audio fadeout was created by Delcour

In FCX 10.4.9. a crossfade misses the audio fadeout on the 1st clip. It was allright say a week ago, but now all crossfades do this. The inspector shows all to be correct. I cannot find a setting anywhere that would change this. I now have to hand fadeout all crossfades. Any suggestions?

Can you expand the audio portion of the clips and post a screenshot of what’s happening in the audio tracks?

Hope this screenshots helps.However, in this screen shot there is no fadein to the next clip.Meanwhile I also found out that this sometimes this, then not.
Now I am totally confused.
