Hi,
Has anyone tried any SSD external drives lately that work well and doesn't cost too much?
I have a G-technologie 1TB which came aroung 329$ canadian.
I am also looking at a 7200RPM drive. I have used some for editing and they are still quite good.
Note I'm doing 1080 HD. No 2K or 4K....or any K....
UPDATE: Ok. Found my answers. I should be good with a external HD at 7200RPM since I am editing
1080 and Prores 422 most of the time. It will get a bit slower if I have a lot of motion graphics. In any case,
this is a lot cheaper for more capacity.
