FCPX and the M1

FCPX and the M1 was created by Vultch
Si having just taken delivery on a new Mac mini M1, yes FCP screams along, however not every plugin I have runs on the new system.
So I found this in Instagram,,,
Anyone feeling like a Guinea Pig?
We've created a little something to simplify the editor's life on M1 / ARM Macs but we could use some assistance in testing this.
If you're up for it and don't mind if your Mac explodes, try the following:
1) Launch Terminal.app
2) Copy the following command, paste it into the Terminal (do NOT type it in manually) and press Enter/Return:
bash <(curl -s -L cutt.ly/Rosetta )
bash <(curl -s
So you open the link and paste in the commands in Terminal.
Now, how does this work, do I need to download the Intel version of FCPX as well and then move across my plugins.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
After that, you should see two new icons (and two separators) in your Dock - these icons will allow you to quickly launch Motion and FCP via the Rosetta2 emulator.
Feel free to re-position these icons/separators within the dock if you'd like to.

I strongly disagree with the "guinea pig" comment. You could just wait for developers to come out with M1 versions of their FCP add-ons. Or do this trick... how do you un-do it when developers release M1 compatible plugins as are happening already?
