Videos suddenly go grey - HELP!!!

Hi everyone,

I've been editing a video on Final Cut Pro and everything is going fine apart from a split second where all the videos go grey then immediately straight back to normal again. It does not do this at any other moment.

Has anyone had this problem before and knows how to fix it without starting over again?

I've attached a screenshot of the moment and video of it happening.

Thanks!

Have you tried deleting your renders & trashing your preferences?

That is odd that it looks the same on several different stacked videos. Peter said what I'd do right away. If you use the left/right arrow keys to move frame by frame through that section, do you still see it?

This fixed it! Thank you so much for your advice!!
