Best fcp 10.5 limiter/compressor scheme for broadcast?

Most of the explainer articles I see are from 2011-12 and fcp has been thru many updates since. So for 2021, what is the best filter/filters native to fcp for final mixing/limiting/compressing for broadcast? Thanks!

The Logic Pro units that come with FCP, I do this with voice and music editing daily.  I've tried a ton of third-party audio filters, and found 99% of them to be a waste of money.

That said, I use Accusonus voice leveler often, and CrumplePop echo remover often, and love both.

AS for mixing, well, that's FCP's weakest point. No real mixer, no real mastering workflow at all, no buses, and if someone says put it all in a compound and expand audio components, that's a sorry work-around, you lose access to your edits doing that.

I agree that mixing in FCP is a challenge. But you can go to Logic or Resolve as an alternative. The built-in Logic EQ, compressor, limiters are fine. You can use the multimeter to check loudness specs or buy a third-party loudness plug-in, like Klangfreund. As far as third-party, I'm a fan of Accusonus, too. I would also suggest iZotope Ozone and RX. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, stick with the Elements versions (or the current "Holiday Bundle"). Ozone Elements will do 90% of what you need on the final output.

This video is 4 years old but is still valid. By doing so you keep access to your editing. The compressors and EQs of Logic in FCPX are very good. No need to buy third-party effects. The first compressor (digital platinum) is the only one totally transparent (it doesn't add color or harmony) the others are emulations of real compressors.
