Placement error: Replace with Retime to fit

Placement error: Replace with Retime to fit was created by 6rM1
I am making a movie that contains a lot of still photos. If I drag a new photo on top of an existing photo on the timeline, wait until it turns white, release, then select Replace with Retime to Fit, the incoming photo replaces the existing photo and the time is matched, but the clip is moved to the left of the clip it is adjacent to. So If I start with clip 1 and clip 2 in that order, then replace and retime to fit clip 2, the timeline order is now Clip 2 Clip 1.

Can’t reproduce the problem in the current version.

Thanks. I use FCPX with LR running a lot and they may be interfering. Maybe I'll delete the app and reload it. Appreciate your trying it.
