Crashes at Startup with Nikon Webcam Utility (Solution)

Just in case you're encountering crashes with FCPX and recently installed the Nikon Webcam Utility:
i recently encountered that FCPX suddenly crashed right at startup in 75% of the try. Meaning i need to try 3-4 times until i could use FCPX.
It took many hours to find the reason: I recently installed the Nikon webcam Utility.
After i removed it from /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/NikonWebcamUtility.plugin FCPX started normally.
