Frame Rate Drop

Hey, I’d love some help if anyone has any advice. I recently purchased a HC-X1 for our church to use for our livestream. The quality of picture is exactly what we are looking for but we are noticing the frame rate is dropping on the camera output. We are using it in conjunction with a black magic design ATEM-mini pro. We have eliminated everything back to the camera to make sure it was a camera issue and not something the ATEM was doing. Can anyone suggest a setting or solution for this. The camera is set to 23.98fps and the system freq. is 59.94Hz. We’ve been filming in the auto mode. Any advice on how to get rid of the frame drop problem?? I’m all ears....
