FCPX Home Screen Colors

I am just starting to lean this program. Hower, because of my eye sight, I am having great difficulty seeing the type and etc, against the black home screen. Is there a way for me to change the default colors? I don't see anything in preferences.
Thank you,
Dave

I'm just turning 60 and have issues with most app GUIs due to this. FCPX does not allow you to change font sizes in the GUI. Originally it did, then they got rid of that option.

I work with an original iMac Pro, and have my screen resolution set to 1248x1152 to make everything larger on the screen.

And yes, these apps are designed for younger folks with perfect eyesight. Apple seems to miss this...
