How to fix this problem?

I was working in LR when it froze and soon crashed the entire system. A project in FCPX was an open app with a project. When I restarted MAC OSX and reopened FCPX the project shows the time line and clips but does not play them it merely shows the first image. When I play the project the time line timer progresses and the play head moves but nothing is displayed.

How do I fix this problem?

This is solved. I learned how to relink the files. I do not see any way for me to delete the post.

Only the admin can delete posts, just like in most forums. They're left up to help others with the same problem.
