Export Video with Cropped Dimensions

So I have videos I make for my instagram. I have my FCPX project set to 1080 x 1920. However sometimes when using instagram, for reasons I wont dive into here, I need that same video. But I need the file to be 1080 x 1350. Not squished to that, just cropped.

Now to save hard drive space and the time of having to use software like adobe media encoder or compressor. I just export straight from FCPX "Apple Devices 1080p" (Format: Apple Devices. Video Codec: H.264 Better Quality. Resolution: 1080 x 1920). All was great that way!

But like I said, now I need to export in, ratio 4:50 aka 1080 x 1350...Is there anyway to achieve that direct from FCPX?

P.S. I already tried making a new project with those dimensions and copying and pasting all my clips...It does not work haha

It might be interesting to consider 10.4.9 ,it has new features for you...

Unless I am mistaken, these new features do not seem to accomplish what I am looking for. Also, I am running 10.15 and you need 10.16 to dow load that version of FCPX.
