Video Noise Reduction was created by Hypnoman

When I apply the built-in video Noise Reduction effect, it sometimes works fine but sometimes the rendered (and exported) video freezes part way through, and stays stuck on one frame. Changing the parameters of the Noise Reduction effect forces a re-render which sometimes sorts things out, but not always.

Any thoughts?

Martin
