If you try to export a video from FCP and a video with the same filename already exists in the location you are trying to save to, the "Already exists. Wanna replace?" prompt will appear as normal, but it must be confirmed 3 times before export will commence. This also affects Motion and happens every single time without fail. Can anyone else confirm that it's happening on their end? I'm on Mojave.
Hopefully they don't wait until 10.5.0 to fix these little bugs so that Mojave users aren't stuck with them for eternity.

I can confirm this happens with 10.4.9 on Mojave and on Big Sur. Not a dealbreaker, but it's annoying that you have to click three times. Bug report.

Odd, I can't reproduce it using master file H.264 to the desktop. May be project or storage specific.

iMac Pro, macOS 10.15.6, FCPX 10.4.9, works fine for me.
But not all bugs show up on all systems.
Yep, bug...
Seems this 10.4.9 is full of bugs.

I was unable to reproduce this until I added the extension to the name. I always just select the file I want to overwrite in the export window to name it and it works fine, only one replacement warning. Once I manually add the .mov extension, I get the three warnings.

Wow. Nice find. I've only ever added an extension to a file name if I wanted to change the extension used in the share setting.

Interesting, because I still get the three prompts if I click the existing file to get the same name. I don't do any manual editing of the filename at all at export, yet still 3 prompts!
