Locating a specific plugin.

How do I locate what exactly effect plugin was used, after coming back later to an older project? For example, I used the Glow effect from one of your plugins, when I select the clip, it says "Glow" but... which one and what company? I want to choose another variation from that plugin. Even if I do search "Glow" there are a dozen Glows from different companies. Now I need to search one by one from effects display presented by different companies. Finding the effect in FCP7 was very easy, right-click, and show in the effect browser, it would find it right away. Thanks.
