I'm trying to track a clip using TrackX, after drawing the shape and hitting the track forward button I get an error message saying "This video is not supported, please try to optimize this video and track again." Yet my video footage is always optimized. I'm running FCPX 10.4 on Mojave 10.14.6.

Just curious, what camera/codec is the source of the original footage?
I'd go to their site and download the latest installer to make sure you have the most current update. And you are on FXCPX 10.4.what?
