Lost timeline after moving library to external drive was created by Joe B
I moved my Library to an external hard drive. When I opened the library my timeline was gone. How do I recover work?

Hi Joe, welcome to the forums.
With your Library open in FCP X, disclose the triangle next to Smart Collections and select "Projects" from the list (see screenshot). There you will see any project ("timeline") that you have created in this Library. Projects have a clapperboard icon. Double-click the project you need to open it on the timeline.
