Those titles-sticked-into-the-scenery are 'tracked callouts', there are several commercial plugins teaching FCPX this effect, e.g.

MotionVFX has a few different flavors of them.

Or get TrackX and use it to track custom callout graphics you create yourself.

That is super easy. They are simply zooming out on the text and video. There is probably a zoom transition that will also do it. If not you can key frame it (pan, zoom etc).
