What year/model Mac are you using?
What macOS version are you running?
Be sure your system drive has at least 15% of its total capacity left as free space.

Hi Suárez
Welcome to the forums.
Sounds like the database that tracks changes got corrupted by the unexpected shutdown.
Have you tried to open the project from your Final Cut Backups folder? You should find this folder in your user "Movies" folder. Try to open the latest version, then if it still won't open, try earlier versions.
Close FCPX then while launching the app, hold down the Command & Option keys. This will launch a pop-up box asking if you want to delete preferences, click Okay and FCPX may launch. This often will correct many problems.
Sometimes, it helps to simply shutdown the Mac and then restart. This clears many parameters/settings that are under the hood so to speak that get automatically reset during re-start.
Try these steps and if it still will not launch, try a different user to see if FCPX runs okay with a different user account. If it does not launch and run, then you should delete FCPX and re-download from App Store.
There are some other steps if this does not work, so let us know.
Hope this Helps, Greg

I already tried with the backups and restarted the preferences. I will leave more disk space. If not I will delete FCXP and re install it. Thank you!
