save current frame in motion

I'm trying to save the "current frame" in motion app in the highest quality but under 2mb.
The goal is to use this frame as a thumbnail for a youtube video without losing quality of image.
when i try to save current frame, the file size of the .png is 11mb and youtube restricts file to 2mb.
Is there another way to control export size? thanks

It is exporting at the resolution of the project. Open it in Preview, shrink it to a smaller size, save as a JPEG.

yes it was exporting in full resolution. it looks like i just needed to save as jpg as that file size seems to be considerately less than the .png
