how to create these thumbnails

This may not be the forum to ask this question but i'll give it a go.
for those out there that use FCPX, Motion, AI and PSCC any guess as to what program this guy is using to create these thumbnails for his videos?
In particular the curving arrows. I'm thinking motion but not sure. I'm guessing you could probably create these with any of the mentioned apps. Curious to know which one might be the easiest one to get similar effects.Thank you
