Clips inside of "Title" disappearing when editing.

Hi all,

I am currently working on a video series project and am having issues with titles.
The titles I am using have been imported from Apple Motion.

The issue is that when I attempt to edit within the title, I lose all of the clips that play in the background.

Additionally, some of my other video projects which use the same title file only make it halfway through playing and then all of a sudden disappear.

Turn off background rendering, then delete all the render files.
That is very odd, I've never seen that happen before.
What version of FCPX, what version of Motion, what macOS version?
