I've been searching for a plug-in to use in FCPX to create perspective to a title or image.
I know that there is positioning, rotation and distortion but would like to have a filter to tilt an image and possibly having a backside with the reverse image.

Have you played with the Distortion parameters in FCPX?
Go into Motion, create a custom Effects template.
